In immediate danger?
Call 112 for police or an ambulance. It is free and works even without a SIM card or credit. The 112 Suomi app shares your location.
If you are in immediate danger, call 112. For violence at home or against women, the Nollalinja helpline answers day and night, and shelters offer a safe place to stay at any hour.
You do not need to be sure that a situation is 'serious enough'. If you feel afraid or unsafe, you can call for help. Trained people will listen and help you decide what to do next.
If you are not sure which shelter to go to, call Nollalinja on 116 016 and they will help you find a place.
If you need to leave quickly
